At MoodofMe, each product is made to order with care and attention. Because our items are custom-printed, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds unless there is a defect or production error.

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our products. If you experience any issues, please read below for how we handle refund and replacement requests.


🛠️ Returns & Refund Eligibility

We only offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong item or a printing error occurred

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Incorrect size or color selection by the customer

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Slight variations in print placement or color due to the nature of on-demand production


Timeframe to Report an Issue

You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.


📩 How to Request a Refund or Replacement

To initiate a request, please contact us via:

Please include the following information:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos clearly showing the defect or error

This helps us quickly assess the situation and submit a claim to our production partner.


🧾 Approval Process

All claims are reviewed with our production partner (Printful). Refunds or replacements will only be issued once the issue has been confirmed and approved by their quality control team.

We do not cover issues that are not verified by the manufacturer. No returns are necessary — photographic proof is sufficient.


💳 Refunds

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days. You will be notified by email once the refund has been issued.


📦 Shipping Costs

As we do not require returns for defective items, there are no return shipping costs in eligible cases. If a new item is sent, it will be shipped at no cost to you.
